How much are settlement payments?

Class members have the following benefit options:

  • Ordinary out-of-pocket losses: Class members can claim up to $750 for documented, unreimbursed expenses due to the data breach. Eligible expenses include unreimbursed bank fees, postage, gas for local travel and fees for credit reports or monitoring purchased due to the breach.
  • Extraordinary out-of-pocket losses: Class members can claim up to $3,500 for documented, unreimbursed losses from identity theft or fraud related to the breach. This includes monetary losses from falsified tax returns or losses due fraud or identity theft. Losses must have occurred after the data incident and before the claims deadline. Class members must also show they made reasonable efforts to avoid or seek reimbursement for the loss.
  • Cash payment: All class members can submit a claim for a $50 pro rata cash payment. The settlement administrator will determine the final payment amount by the number of claims filed.
  • Credit monitoring: All class members can elect to receive two years of one-bureau credit monitoring, which includes with $1,000,000 in identity theft/fraud insurance.

How to claim a class action rebate

To receive a settlement payment, class members can file a claim online or print the PDF claim form to complete and mail to the settlement administrator.

Required proof and claim information

  • Mailed claims require the unique claim ID from the settlement notice the class member received.
