What Happened?

An investigation revealed that unauthorized access occurred intermittently on Aug. 11, 2025, and again on Aug. 28, 2025. After discovering the incident, Aspen Title & Escrow engaged law enforcement and third-party forensic specialists to determine the nature and scope of the breach.

The company completed a thorough review of the affected data and began notifying individuals after confirming the types of information involved. The breach was disclosed to the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Attorney General offices on March 12, 2026.

The number of people affected includes at least four in Massachusetts and two in New Hampshire.
