







The DiMarco Group, a construction and real estate development company based in New York, experienced a data breach. The cybersecurity incident compromised personally identifiable information (PII).
The total number of affected individuals and sensitive data exposed has not been publicly disclosed, but may include employees and contractors from multiple DiMarco Group companies. Compromised information included names and Social Security numbers and may also include additional information such as address, contact information, driver's license number, health insurance information and financial account information.
DiMarco Group disclosed the data breach to the Massachusetts Attorney General on Oct. 27, 2025. The company has also begun notifying affected individuals by mail.
In addition to required state and federal disclosures, company is offering affected individuals 24 free months of TransUnion Cyberscout single-bureau credit monitoring services. The DiMarco Group has also set up a dedicated call center for questions.
