Contractor Management Services LLC, doing business as Openforce, experienced a data breach. Openforce began notifying affected individuals by mail on Aug. 14, 2025.
The cybersecurity incident compromised personal information which may include names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers and direct deposit information. The total number of affected individuals has not been released, but is believed to be in the thousands.
Openforce disclosed the data breach to the Massachusetts Attorney General's office on Aug. 14, 2025. The types of data exposed in the breach are highly sensitive and can be used for identity theft or other forms of fraud.
In addition to required state and federal disclosures, Openforce is offering impacted individuals 36 months of free Experian IdentityWorks credit monitoring and identity protection services.
