Founded in 2020 by Molly O'Neil and Anousone Souvannasoth, the company operates an app-based platform that connects healthcare workers, including nurses, aides and other caregivers, to open shifts in senior living and post-acute care facilities. The company also offers technology-driven workforce solutions for care providers, including AI-powered scheduling and staffing tools.
The breach was disclosed to the Massachusetts Attorney General, New Hampshire Attorney General and to the Vermont Attorney General.
The dates on which the breach was discovered, and consumers were first notified were also not specified in the filing. The types of personal information exposed in the breach included names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers and government ID numbers.
