How much can class members get?
Class members can claim one or more types of awards:
- Documented out-of-pocket losses: Class members who experienced actual, documented out-of-pocket losses between Nov. 3, 2024, and the present related to the data incident can claim up to $4,500.
- Lost time: Class members who spent time responding to the breach may claim up to four hours of lost time at $25 per hour for up to $100.
- Alternative cash payment: Class members who do not claim documented out-of-pocket losses or lost time may claim a one-time cash payment estimated at $75. No documentation is required for this option.
- Credit monitoring: All class members are eligible for three years of CyEx Identity Defense Complete, which includes $1 million in identity theft insurance, real-time credit file monitoring, dark web scanning and public records monitoring.

To receive a settlement payment, class members can file a claim online or print and complete the PDF claim form and mail or email it to the settlement administrator.

Is proof or documentation required to submit a claim?
- To submit reimbursement for documented losses and/or lost time, class members must provide proof, such as receipts, bank statements or other supporting documents. Self-prepared notes can supplement but not replace third-party documentation.
- To submit a reimbursement for lost time, class members must briefly describe the tasks they performed but do not need to provide external proof.
