
United States citizens who purchased a product from hellowisp.com between Feb. 1, 2018, and Sept. 9, 2025, may be eligible to submit a claim for an $18 cash payment from a class action settlement.
Wisp Inc. agreed to pay $1.5 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it disclosed customers’ personally identifiable information to third parties through tracking and advertising technologies, such as the Meta Pixel, without proper consent. The plaintiff claimed violations of several privacy laws, including the Florida Security of Communications Act, the California Invasion of Privacy Act and the Electronic Communications Privacy Act.

Class members are United States citizens who purchased any product from hellowisp.com at any time between Feb. 1, 2018, and Sept. 9, 2025.
How much are settlement payments?
Cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive an $18 cash payment.

To receive a settlement payment, class members can file a claim online or print a PDF claim form to complete and mail to the settlement administrator.
