
Job seekers who applied for a job at Washington Care Center in Washington state in which the job posting did not include a wage scale or salary range may qualify to claim a cash payment from a class action settlement.
WCC Evergreen Healthcare LLC, Evergreen Healthcare Group LLC and WCC Operator LLC (doing business as Washington Care Center) agreed to pay $1,982,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging they failed to include required compensation information in their Washington job postings, potentially violating state law.
Who can file an Evergreen Healthcare claim?
Class members must meet the following criteria:
- They applied for a job opening in the state of Washington posted by or on behalf of WCC Operator LLC (doing business as Washington Care Center).
- They submitted their application between Jan. 1, 2023, and April 18, 2025.
- The job posting they responded to did not disclose the wage scale or salary range for the position.
How much is the Washington job posting payout?
Pro rata payment: Each eligible class member who submits a valid and timely claim form will receive an equal share of the net settlement fund.
How to claim a pay transparency class action rebate
Class members can file a claim online or download, print and complete a PDF claim form (part of the settlement agreement document) to mail or email to the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is Aug. 2, 2025.

When is the Washington job posting payout date?
