
Consumers who purchased one or more products from Evryjewels.com while in California, Oregon or Washington between Sept. 3, 2021, and Sept. 3, 2024, may qualify to claim $14 per order from a class action settlement.
Evry Jewels Inc. agreed to pay $3.5 million to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging it deceptively advertised discounts on its website.
Who can file a claim?
Class members must meet all of the following criteria:
- They purchased one or more products from Evryjewels.com.
- They made the purchase while physically present in California, Oregon or Washington.
- They made the purchase between Sept. 3, 2021, and Sept. 3, 2024.
How much can class members get?
Each eligible class member can receive $14 for every qualifying order they placed during the class period. The settlement does not limit the number of orders.
- Cash Benefit: $14 per order paid by check or electronic payment. Class members must submit a claim form to receive this option.
- Credit Benefit: $14 per order as store credit for Evryjewels.com. Class members who do not submit a claim form will automatically receive the credit benefit. It does not expire, is stackable with other credits or discounts, and can be transferred to others.
How to claim a settlement payment
To receive the cash benefit, class members must submit a claim form. They can file a claim online or download and print the PDF claim form, complete it and mail it to the settlement administrator.

Settlement fund breakdown
The settlement fund includes:
- Settlement administration costs: $65,000 (estimated)
- Attorneys' fees and expenses: Up to $875,000
- Service awards to class representatives: Up to $5,000 each
- Payments to eligible class members: Approximately $3,500,000 (total value of cash and credit benefits based on an estimated 250,000 qualifying orders)
If there are more than 250,000 qualifying orders, the settlement administrator may increase the total fund and attorneys' fees proportionally. Administrative costs, attorneys' fees and service awards do not reduce the payments or benefits class members receive.

When is the Evry Jewels settlement payout date?
The settlement administrator will distribute payments to eligible class members about 28 days after the court grants final approval and resolves any appeals.

The class action lawsuit alleged Evry Jewels Inc. deceptively advertised discounts on its website, violating consumer protection laws in California, Oregon and Washington.
Evry Jewels Inc. denied all allegations and wrongdoing. Both sides agreed to settle to avoid the cost and risk of continued litigation.
