How much are settlement payments?
Class members have the following benefit options:
- Credit monitoring services: All class members can elect to receive two years of one-bureau credit monitoring and $1 million in identity theft protection insurance.
- Cash benefit A:
- Ordinary losses: Class members can claim up to $400 in documented out-of-pocket expenses related to the data incident. This can include unreimbursed fraud losses, professional fees, credit monitoring costs and other miscellaneous expenses.
- Lost time: Class members can claim up to three hours at $30 per hour ($90 maximum) for time spent responding to the breach. This is included in the $400 cap for ordinary losses.
- Extraordinary losses: Class members can claim up to $5,000 for documented and unreimbursed monetary losses from fraud or identity theft the data breach most likely caused. Claimants must show they made reasonable efforts to avoid or seek reimbursement for the loss.
- Cash benefit B:
- Alternative cash payment: Class members who do not submit an ordinary losses, lost time or extraordinary losses claim can submit a claim to receive an alternative cash payment of $65.

To claim a settlement payment, class members can file a claim online or print a PDF claim form to complete and mail to the settlement administrator.

- Extraordinary losses claims require supporting documentation showing proof of identity theft or fraud and monetary losses traceable to the data breach and that the claimant made efforts to avoid losses and seek reimbursement from other sources.
