Class members must be a Mount Sinai MyChart account holder who logged into their MyChart account through https://mychart.mountsinai.org/ at any time between Oct. 27, 2020, and Oct. 27, 2023
There are approximately 1,314,147 individuals are included in the class.
How much can class members get?
Pro rata payment: The total settlement fund is $5,256,588. Before payments to class members, the settlement administrator will deduct attorneys’ fees and expenses, service awards to the named plaintiffs and settlement administration costs. It will distribute the remainder equally to class members who submit valid claims.
