How much is the MCR Investors payout?
Each eligible class member who submits a valid and timely claim form will receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. According to the official settlement website, the estimated payment per class member is $1,316.59 to $5,000. The final payment will depend on the total number of valid claims.
Settlement payments will be treated as nonwage damages and reported as 1099 income.
