Individuals who received at least one text message from Lampo between Nov. 22, 2020, and Oct. 23, 2025, may be eligible to claim up to $45 from a class action settlement.
The Lampo Group LLC, which does business as Ramsey Solutions, agreed to pay up to $1,091,790 to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging it sent text messages to consumers without maintaining adequate internal do-not-call procedures in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Who can file a claim?
Class members must meet all of the following criteria:
- They received at least one text message sent by or on behalf of Lampo between Nov. 22, 2020, and Oct. 23, 2025.
- The text message related to Lampo’s or its customers’ products or services.
- They were physically located in the United States when they received the message.
If an individual received a notice by email or postcard, it is because the settlement administrator identified their phone number as texted by Lampo during the relevant period. However, those who did not receive a direct notice may still be eligible if they meet the criteria above.
How much is the Ramsey Solutions payout?
Each eligible class member who submits a valid claim form by the deadline can receive up to $45. The actual payment amount depends on the total number of valid claims submitted and deductions for attorneys’ fees, service awards and administrative costs.

Why is there a class action settlement?
