Kane’s Furniture sex discrimination class action settlement

Women who applied for a warehouse associate, delivery driver or delivery assistant/helper position at Kane’s Furniture between May 1, 2021, and May 13, 2024, and were not hired may qualify to claim monetary compensation from a class action settlement.

• They were not hired by Kane’s Furniture for any of these positions during that period.

Claims may be submitted on behalf of deceased class members by their estate representatives or next of kin.

How much is the discrimination payout?

How to claim a class action rebate
