
Employment seekers who applied for a job with Lily Transportation LLC or Lily Transportation Corp. in Washington state between Jan. 1, 2023, and Dec. 10, 2025, may be eligible to claim a cash payment from a class action settlement.
The companies agreed to pay up to $456,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging they failed to include required wage or salary information in job postings for positions in Washington state as mandated by state law. There are approximately 456 individuals included in the class.
Who are the class members?
Class members must meet all of the following criteria:
- They applied for a job with Lily Transportation LLC or Lily Transportation Corp. in the state of Washington.
- They submitted the application between Jan. 1, 2023, and Dec. 10, 2025.
- The job posting for the position did not disclose a wage scale or salary range.
How much can class members get?
Class members who submit a valid claim form will receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. The estimated payment per class member is $606.31, but the actual amount could be as high as $5,000, depending on the number of valid claims submitted.
How to claim a settlement payment
Class members must submit an online claim form or complete the claim form they received with their notice and mail or email it to the settlement administrator.

Required information
- Class members using the online claim form must provide the login ID and PIN they received in their settlement notice.
- Claimants who wish to avoid tax withholding must submit an IRS Form W-9 with their claim.
Payout options
Eligible class members will receive a physical check mailed to the address the class member provides. They must cash their check within 120 days of issuance or the settlement administrator will send the money to the Washington state unclaimed property fund in the claimant's name.
