The $9,000,000 Settlement

The settlement provides for a Settlement Fund of up to $9,000,000. The amount of the payment depends on whether the class member has proof of purchase or not.

The actual payment amount may be subject to pro rata adjustment depending on the number of approved claims filed. To file a claim, class members can either submit a claim form online through the settlement website or mail a completed paper claim form to the Claims Administrator.

Who are the Class Members?

The Class Members in this settlement include all persons in the United States (including its states, districts, or territories) who purchased one or more units of Dude Wipes Products during the Class Period from February 5, 2015, to August 8, 2023. This excludes persons who purchased for the purpose of resale.

There are no exclusions mentioned on the settlement website.

What Can Class Members Claim?

Class members without proof of purchase can receive up to $0.50 per Dude Wipes Product, for a maximum of five (5) packages per household. Class members with proof of purchase can receive up to $0.50 per Dude Wipes Product, for a maximum of forty (40) packages per household.
