How much is the class action settlement payment?

Class members can submit for one or more of the following:

  • Out-of-Pocket Loss Claims: Claimants can receive up to $500 per person for documented out-of-pocket costs and expenditures related to the security incident and not already reimbursed by a third party. Class members can receive $20 per hour up to three hours (maximum $60) for time spent monitoring accounts or remedying issues related to the data breach as part of the $500 cap.
  • Extraordinary Loss Claims: Consumers can claim up to $2,500 per person for actual, documented and unreimbursed monetary losses related to the security incident. The loss must have occurred between May 23, 2022, and Sept. 2, 2025, and must not be covered by other reimbursement categories. Claimants must also show they made reasonable efforts to avoid or seek reimbursement for the loss.
  • California Subclass: Claimants who resided in California on May 23, 2022, can receive an additional $50 payment (subject to the $500 cap for out-of-pocket losses).
  • Credit Monitoring: Class members can obtain free credit monitoring. Those who previously enrolled in credit monitoring Diligent offered after the incident can claim one additional year. Those who did not can claim 2 years of credit monitoring.

To receive a settlement payment, you must file a claim online by Sept. 2, 2025. You can also download and print the PDF claim form to mail to the settlement administrator.
