This includes triple bureau credit monitoring, fraud consultation and identity theft restoration. If you are eligible, you can enroll in these services by visiting https://enroll.krollmonitoring.com and using the membership number provided in your notice.
In addition, you are entitled under U.S. law to one free credit report annually from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting agencies. Review your credit reports and account statements for any unauthorized activity.

If you notice any suspicious activity or believe you are a victim of identity theft, report the incident to law enforcement, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and your state attorney general.
