The company offers a wide range of products, including oysters, Dungeness crab, rockfish, cold-water shrimp, wild salmon and steelhead, as well as beef, pork and poultry.
What happened?
Dulcich and Pacific Seafood Group discovered unauthorized access to its network. An investigation revealed that a threat actor accessed the company's network between June 24 and June 25, 2024 and may have obtained files containing sensitive information.
The data breach compromised personal, financial and protected health information of 40,066 individuals. Dulcich began notifying affected individuals by mail on Oct. 14, 2025 and Pacific Seafood published a Notice of Security Breach on its website.

The data breach was also reported to the Maine Attorney General's office on Oct. 14, 2025.
