The breach impacted at least 44,023 people in Washington, 16 in Massachusetts, one in Maine.
Caesars notified consumers about the breach on May 19, 2026, after confirming that sensitive information was exposed.

- Driver's license numbers
- Washington ID card numbers
- Full dates of birth
- Passport numbers
