Individuals who received notice of the April 2024 Safe Fleet data breach may be eligible to claim up to $2,500 from a class action settlement.

Individuals who received a data breach notice from Communications Data Group may qualify to claim up to $5,000 and/or other benefits from a settlement.

Individuals whose information the August 2025 IHRS data breach accessed may qualify to claim up to $2,000 from a class action settlement.
