
Individuals who applied for a job with Wipro, or its affiliated companies, in Washington state between Jan. 1, 2023, and Oct. 20, 2025, and the job posting did not include a wage scale or salary range, may be eligible to submit a claim for an estimated $1,401.65 from a class action settlement.
Wipro Limited has agreed to pay between $8.55 million and $13.16 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging that its job postings in Washington state failed to disclose required wage or salary information, as mandated by state law.
Who is eligible to submit a claim for a payout?
Class members must meet the following criteria:
- They applied for a job opening in Washington state with any of the following companies between Jan. 1, 2023, and Oct. 20, 2025:
- Wipro Limited dba Wipro Limited India
- Wipro LLC
- Wipro Designit Services Inc.
- Wipro Appirio Inc.
- Wipro Gallagher Solutions LLC
- Wipro Insurance Solutions LLC
- Wipro Telecom Consulting LLC
- The job posting they responded to did not disclose the wage scale or salary range for the position
How much will the class action settlement payment be?
Each valid claimant will receive a pro rata cash payment of at least $1,401.64, up to a maximum of $5,000. Final payment amount will be determined by the total number of claims filed.
How to claim a class action rebate
To receive a settlement payment, class members must submit a claim form by Jan. 12, 2026. Class members can file a claim online or can complete the claim form included with the settlement notice and mail or email it to the settlement administrator.

Wipro settlement fund breakdown
The settlement fund of $8,546,010 to $13,156,000 will include:
- Settlement administration costs: Not to exceed $30,000
- Attorneys’ fees and expenses: $3,881,000
- Service award to the class representative: $25,000
- Payments to approved claimants: Amount paid determined by number of valid claims submitted

When is the Wipro class action payout date?
Payments will be mailed to approved claimants approximately 90 days after the court grants final approval of the settlement.
Why did this class action settlement happen?
The class action lawsuit alleged that Wipro and its affiliates violated Washington law by failing to include wage scales or salary ranges in job postings for positions in the state. Wipro denied the allegations but agreed to settle to avoid the uncertainty and expense of continued litigation and a possible trial.
