Individuals who made a purchase from food or beverage concessions operated by Aramark at Capital One Arena and paid a 3% venue fee between Oct. 1, 2024, and Dec. 31, 2025, may be eligible to submit a claim for a cash payment from a class action settlement.
Aramark Management Services LP agreed to pay $4.5 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it charged a 3% venue fee on food, beverage or other purchases at Capital One Arena without proper disclosure, potentially violating the District of Columbia Consumer Protection Procedures Act.
Who can file a claim?
Class members are individuals in the United States who made a purchase from Aramark at Capital One Arena between Oct. 1, 2024, and Dec. 31, 2025, and paid a venue fee.
How much are settlement payments?
Pro rata cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive a pro rata cash payment from the net settlement fund. The settlement administrator will determine the final payment amount by the total number of claims filed.
How to claim a class action rebate
To receive a settlement payment, class members can file a claim online or print and complete the PDF claim form, and mail it to the settlement administrator.

When is the Aramark venue fee settlement payout date?
