Consumers who purchased Balance of Nature fruits capsules, veggies capsules, or fiber and spice powder in the United States between March 28, 2019, and Oct. 27, 2025, may be eligible to claim up to $30 from a class action settlement.
Evig LLC, doing business as Balance of Nature, agreed to pay $9.95 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging deceptive and misleading practices in the manufacturing, labeling, marketing and selling of its dietary supplements. The lawsuit claims the company made false or misleading statements about the quality, listed ingredients and supposed health benefits of Balance of Nature fruits, veggies, and fiber and spice products.
Who can file a claim?
Class members must have purchased one or more units of Balance of Nature fruits capsules, veggies capsules, or fiber and spice powder in the United States between March 28, 2019, and Oct. 27, 2025, for personal use (not for resale).

- Purchases can be from Balance of Nature directly (including their toll-free number or website), Amazon.com or Walmart.com.
- Both direct and third-party online purchases are eligible.
- Only one claim per household.
How much can class members receive?
The settlement provides two tiers of benefits, depending on whether class members have proof of purchase and how many units they bought:
- Tier 1 (with proof of purchase):
- Up to $6 per unit for up to five units per household (maximum $30 per household)
- Tier 2 (without proof of purchase):
- Up to $4 per unit for up to two units per household (maximum $8 per household)
Class members who purchased the "whole health system" (one bottle each of fruits, veggies, and fiber and spice) can count the purchase as three units.
If the total amount of valid claims, administrative expenses, attorneys' fees, and service awards exceeds the total settlement fund of $9,950,000, the settlement administrator will reduce payments to claimants proportionally.

Why is there a class action settlement?
The class action lawsuit alleged that Evig LLC, doing business as Balance of Nature, engaged in deceptive and misleading practices in the labeling, marketing and selling of its dietary supplements. The plaintiffs claimed the company made false statements about the quality, ingredients and health benefits of its products.
Evig denied all allegations but agreed to settle to avoid the costs and risks of further litigation.
