SeatGeek $7.75M Nevada Undisclosed Ticket Fee Settlement

Individuals who purchased electronic tickets to events in Nevada from SeatGeek’s website or mobile app and whom SeatGeek charged fees between Nov. 7, 2020, and May 12, 2025, may be eligible to claim a cash payment from a class action settlement.

SeatGeek Inc. agreed to pay $7.75 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the company failed to disclose the total cost of electronic tickets to Nevada events, including all associated fees, before customers selected tickets for purchase. The lawsuit claimed this practice violated the Nevada Ticket Reseller Law and the Nevada Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

Eligible class members must meet all of the following criteria:

SeatGeek denied any wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid the expense and uncertainty of continued litigation.
