Current and former employees who received a notice that their personal information was potentially compromised in the September 2024 Pallet Logistics of America LLC data breach may qualify to submit a claim for up to $5,000, plus additional cash payments and benefits, from a class action settlement.

Pallet Logistics of America LLC agreed to pay $635,000 to resolve a class action lawsuit filed after a data security incident in which an unauthorized third party may have accessed sensitive employee information, including names, Social Security numbers and driver’s license or state identification card numbers.

Who is eligible for a data breach payout?

Class members must meet the following criteria:

  • They resided in the United States at the time of the incident.
  • Their personal information was accessed or potentially accessed in connection with the September 2024 security incident involving Pallet Logistics of America LLC.
  • They received a notification letter from or on behalf of Pallet Logistics of America LLC regarding the data security incident.

How much is the class action settlement payment?

Class members can submit for one or more of these benefits:

  • Reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses: Class members can submit for up to $5,000 in unreimbursed expenses reasonably traceable to the security incident. Eligible expenses include costs for credit monitoring, credit reports, late fees, overdraft fees, card replacement fees, unauthorized charges not reimbursed, costs for credit freezes and other related expenses.
  • Estimated $50 cash payment: After all other claims and administrative and attorneys' fees are paid, remaining settlement funds will be issued to claimants that submit for a cash payment. The final payment amount will be determined by the number of claims filed.
  • Two years of credit monitoring: Class members can submit to receive two years of one-bureau credit monitoring, including up to $1 million in identity theft insurance.
  • Additional estimated $50 cash payment for California residents: Class members who lived in California at the time of the incident may submit to receive an additional cash payment. The final payment amount will be determined by the number of claims are filed.

How to claim a class action rebate

To receive a settlement benefit, class members must submit a claim form by the deadline of Oct. 16, 2025. Claims can be filed online or by printing and mailing the PDF claim form to the settlement administrator.

$635,000 data breach settlement fund

The settlement fund will include:

When is the Pallet Logistics of America settlement payout date?
