Individuals who received two or more text messages from NaturaLawn of America Inc. after asking them to stop, you may be eligible to submit a claim for up to $217 per message from a class action settlement.

NaturaLawn of America Inc. has agreed to pay up to $500,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging that it sent marketing text messages to individuals after they requested not to receive further messages. The class action claims this conduct violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Who can file a TCPA settlement claim?

Class members must meet the following criteria:

• They are located in the United States and received two or more text messages from NaturaLawn of America after they specifically asked the company to stop sending you text messages.
• The unwanted text messages were received within a twelve-month period after their opt-out request, between April 30, 2020 and the present.
• Their phone number is reflected in the text message records produced by NaturaLawn of America.

How much is the class action payment?

Pro rata cash payment: Class members can submit to receive up to $217 for every text message they received after requesting that NaturaLawn of America stop sending messages. Final payment amount will be determined by the number of valid claims filed.

How to claim a class action rebate

To receive a settlement payment, a completed claim form must be submitted by Jan. 6, 2026. Claims can be filed online or by printing and mailing the PDF claim form. to the settlement administrator.

$500,000 TCPA settlement fund breakdown

When is the NaturaLawn of America TCPA settlement payout date?

Payments will be issued to eligible class members approximately 90 days after the court grants final approval of the settlement.

Why was there a class action settlement?
