Manganaro Midatlantic Overtime, Misclassification Settlement

Employees who performed construction-related work for Manganaro Midatlantic LLC through a labor broker or subcontractor between May 15, 2021, and Sept. 23, 2025, may be eligible to receive a cash payment from a class action settlement.

Manganaro Midatlantic LLC agreed to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging unpaid overtime and independent contractor misclassification.

Who are the class members?

Class members must meet all of the following criteria:

• A labor broker or subcontractor engaged them for work.
• They performed construction-related services under a subcontractor agreement with Manganaro Midatlantic LLC.
• They worked during the class period of May 15, 2021, to Sept. 23, 2025.

There is no minimum number of hours or projects required to qualify.

Individuals who received a notice about the settlement did so because the settlement administrator identified them as a potential class member based on company records and agreements.

How much is the settlement payout?

Pro rata payment: Each eligible class member will receive a payment based on two components:

• An individualized amount calculated using their unique work history and estimated unpaid overtime damages
• A flat $25 payment for alleged misclassification damages

No claim form necessary to receive payment

Most eligible class members do not need to file a claim to receive compensation. However, they should ensure their contact information and Social Security number are up to date so the administrator can process and mail their settlement check.
