
Individuals who visited lemonaidhealth.com at any time between June 30, 2019, and July 14, 2025, may be eligible to claim a cash payment from a class action settlement.
Lemonaid Health Inc. agreed to pay $3.25 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it disclosed users’ individually identifiable health information and protected health information to third parties without users’ knowledge or consent.
Who can file a claim?
Class members must have visited https://www.lemonaidhealth.com/ at least once between June 30, 2019, and July 14, 2025. This includes both new and returning users.
How much can class members get?
The total settlement fund is $3,250,000. After deductions for attorneys’ fees, service awards to class representatives and administrative costs, the settlement administrator will distribute the fund equally among all class members who submit a valid claim form.
How to claim a class action payment
Class members can complete the online claim form or download, print, complete and mail the PDF claim form to the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is Feb. 23, 2026.

Necessary information
To file an online claim, class members must provide the class member ID from the settlement notice they received.
Payout options
Class members who file online will receive an electronic payment unless they request otherwise. Those who file by mail will receive their payment via check.

When is the Lemonaid pixel settlement payout date?
The settlement administrator will distribute payments as soon as possible after the court resolves appeals and grants final approval of the settlement.
Why did this class action settlement happen?
The class action lawsuit alleged that Lemonaid Health Inc. installed tracking pixels on its website that shared users’ private health information with third parties, such as Facebook and Google, without consent.
Lemonaid Health denied any wrongdoing. Both sides agreed to settle to avoid the risk and cost of further litigation and to provide compensation to affected users.
