Hydrafacial Syndeo Device $925,000 Class Action Settlement

Individuals and businesses who purchased, leased or otherwise acquired a Syndeo device within New York state on or before June 25, 2026, may qualify to receive a cash payment from a class action settlement.

Hydrafacial LLC, d/b/a The Hydrafacial Co., agreed to pay $925,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the Syndeo device contained defects or nonconformities in violation of law or duty.

Who are the class members?

Class members are individuals or businesses who purchased, leased or otherwise acquired a Hydrafacial Co. Syndeo device in New York state before or on June 25, 2026.

How much are settlement payments?

Pro rata cash payment: Eligible class members will receive an equal pro rata cash payment from the net settlement fund. The settlement administrator will determine the final payment amount by the total number of eligible class members.

No claim form required

Class members do not need to submit a claim form to receive a settlement payment. However, to receive an electronic payment, class members must submit a payment election form online.

The electronic payment election deadline is Sept. 14, 2026.

Settlement fund breakdown

The $925,000 settlement fund will include:

• Settlement administration costs: To be determined
• Attorneys’ fees: Up to $277,500 plus costs and expenses
• Service award to class representative: $10,000
• Payments to eligible class members: Remaining settlement funds

• Final approval hearing: Dec. 4, 2026

When is the Hydrafacial Co. Syndeo device settlement payout date?

The settlement administrator will issue payments to eligible class members approximately 90 days after the court grants final approval of the settlement.

Why is there a class action settlement?

The class action lawsuit alleged the Syndeo device contained defects or nonconformities in violation of law or duty.

Hydrafacial LLC denied the allegations but agreed to settle to avoid the expense and risk of continued litigation.
