
Individuals who applied for a job with Evergreen Alliance Golf Limited in Washington state between Jan. 1, 2023, and Feb. 2, 2026, in which the job posting did not include a wage scale, salary range or benefits information may qualify to submit a claim for an estimated $1,378.97 from a class action settlement.
Evergreen Alliance Golf Ltd. LP agreed to pay between $2.05 million and $3.13 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to include required pay and benefits information in job postings in violation of Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.
Who are the class members?
Class members must meet the following criteria:
- They applied for a job opening in the state of Washington with Evergreen Alliance Golf Limited LP.
- They submitted their application between Jan. 1, 2023, and Feb. 2, 2026.
- The job posting did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of benefits or other compensation.
How much will settlement payments be?
Cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive receive an equal share of the net settlement fund estimated at $1,378.97. The settlement administrator will determine the final payment amount by the number of valid claims. It will not be more than $5,000.

Settlement fund breakdown
The settlement fund will include:
- Settlement administration costs: Up to $20,000
- Attorneys' fees and expenses: $924,530
- Service award to class representative: $20,000
- Payments to eligible class members: Up to $5,000 each
The minimum settlement fund is $2,052,453.52, and the maximum is $3,134,000. The exact amount class members will receive depends on how many valid claims all class members submit with the fund increasing for each additional claimant above 784 up to the cap.

When is the Evergreen Alliance Golf Ltd. settlement payout date?
