
Individuals whose private information the February 2025 Endue Software data incident may have affected could be eligible to claim up to $2,500 plus medical data monitoring from a class action settlement.
Endue Inc. d/b/a Endue Software agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging a targeted cyberattack on its computer systems in February 2025 resulted in unauthorized access to files containing private information.
Who can file a claim?
The class includes all living individuals residing in the United States whose private information the February 2025 Endue Software data incident may have impacted.
The settlement administrator will base eligibility on Endue’s records. Individuals who received a notice directly from Endue most likely qualify; however, those who did not may still qualify if they meet the criteria.
How much can class members get?
- Cash Payment A – Documented losses: Up to $2,500 for actual, documented out-of-pocket losses related to fraud or identity theft due to the data incident. The losses must have occurred between Feb. 16, 2025, and June 30, 2026. Class members must provide documentation, such as receipts; personal statements alone are not sufficient. Expenses already a third party already reimbursed are not eligible. Covered expenses include:
- Losses from identity theft or fraud
- Fees for credit reports, credit monitoring or freezing/unfreezing credit
- Costs to replace IDs
- Postage to contact banks by mail
- Cash Payment B – Alternate cash payment: A one-time $65 payment with no documentation required. The total fund for these payments is $260,000. If total claims exceed $260,000, the settlement administrator will reduce payments proportionally (pro rata). If total claims are less than $260,000, the settlement administrator will increase payments proportionally.
All class members are eligible for two years of CyEx Medical Shield Complete, which includes $1 million in medical identity theft insurance and monitoring for health care insurance ID exposure, medical record number exposure and unauthorized health savings account spending.
How to claim a class action payment
Class members can file a claim online or download, print and complete a PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is June 30, 2026.

Is proof or documentation required to submit a claim?
- To file an online claim form, class members must log in with the login ID and PIN from the settlement notice they received. Those who are unable to locate their login ID and PIN should contact the settlement administrator by emailing info@EndueSoftwareDataSettlement.com and providing their full name and mailing address.
- To file a documented losses claim, class members must provide receipts or other proof of out-of-pocket expenses. They may include personal certifications, declarations or affidavits to clarify or support other documentation.
- To file an alternate cash payment or medical data monitoring claim, class members do not need to provide documentation.

When is the Endue Software data breach settlement payout date?
The settlement administrator will distribute payments and medical monitoring codes no later than 60 days after the court resolves any appeals and grants final approval of the settlement.
Why is there a class action settlement?
The class action lawsuit alleged Endue Inc. experienced a cyberattack in February 2025, compromising files containing private information. The plaintiffs claimed Endue failed to adequately protect this information.
Endue denies any wrongdoing, but both sides agreed to settle to avoid the costs, risks and uncertainties of continued litigation. The settlement allows class members to receive benefits without further delay or risk.
