
Patients who logged into the Eisenhower Medical Center MyChart patient portal or submitted an online form or scheduled a laboratory appointment on its public website between Jan. 1, 2019, and May 3, 2023, may qualify to claim a cash payment from a class action settlement.
Eisenhower Medical Center agreed to pay $875,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it improperly disclosed patients' personal information to Facebook through the use of the Meta Pixel on its website. The plaintiffs claimed this data-sharing may have included personal identifying information and protected health information, potentially violating privacy rights.
Who is eligible for an Eisenhower Medical Center payout?
Class members must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- They logged into the Eisenhower Medical Center MyChart patient portal on www.eisenhowerhealth.org between Jan. 1, 2019, and May 3, 2023.
- They submitted an online form on www.eisenhowerhealth.org during that period.
- They scheduled a laboratory appointment on www.eisenhowerhealth.org during that period.
How much is the data privacy payout?
Pro rata payment: The total settlement fund is $875,000, but the amount will be reduced by attorneys’ fees, litigation costs, service awards to class representatives and administration costs distribution to claimants.
All valid claimants will receive an equal share of the remaining net settlement fund. The exact amount each person receives depends on the total number of valid claims submitted.

Class members must file an online claim form. or download, print and complete the PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator. Claims must be postmarked or submitted online by Oct. 2, 2025.

When is the Eisenhower Medical Center settlement payout date?
