Consumers who purchased products at a discount from Displate.com while residing in Oregon, California or Washington between Jan. 1, 2019, and April 23, 2025, may be one of 154,000 or more customers eligible to submit a claim for $18 from a class action settlement.
GWD Concept Sp. z.o.o., the company behind Displate.com, agreed to pay $2.77 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it deceptively advertised discounts on its website, potentially violating consumer protection laws in Oregon, California and Washington.
Who is eligible for a Displate settlement payout?
Class members must meet the following criteria:
- They purchased one or more products at a discount or promotional rate from Displate.com.
- They purchased the product(s) while residing in Oregon, California or Washington.
- They purchased the product(s) between Jan. 1, 2019, and April 23, 2025.
Who is excluded from this settlement?
- Consumers who purchased products from Displate.com at regular price (without a discount or promotional rate)
- Displate club members who receive permanent discounts as part of their subscription
How much is the class action settlement payment?
- Cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive an $18 cash payment.
- Displate.com credit: Class members do not need to submit a claim to receive an $18 store credit for any purchase made on Displate.com.
- The credit does not expire and is transferable to others.
- Class members can combine the credit with other discounts or offers on Displate.com.
How to claim a class action rebate
To receive a cash payment benefit, class members must submit a valid claim form by the July 22, 2025, deadline. They can file a claim online or print the PDF claim form to complete and mail to the settlement administrator.

Class members who do not submit a claim form will automatically receive the $18 store credit by email.

Payout options
Class members who submit a claim for a cash payment can select one of these payment options:
- Electronic payment (available for online submissions only)
- Paper heck mailed to the address provided

The $2,770,000 settlement fund includes payments or store credits issued to eligible class members.
GWD Concept Sp. z.o.o. will pay the following costs separately from payments to class members:
- Settlement administration costs: Estimated at $62,403
- Attorneys' fees and expenses: Up to $650,000
- Service awards to class representatives: Up to $2,500 each ($5,000 total)

When is the Displate.com class action settlement payout date?
The settlement administrator will distribute payments and credits to eligible class members approximately 75 days after the court grants final approval of the settlement.
Why did this class action lawsuit and settlement happen?
The class action lawsuit alleged GWD Concept Sp. z.o.o advertised false discounts on Displate.com. The plaintiffs claimed the deceptive discounts violated consumer protection laws in California, Oregon and Washington.
The defendant denies any wrongdoing but agreed to a settlement to avoid further costly litigation and a possible trial.
