
If you purchased products at a discount from Displate.com while residing in Oregon, California, or Washington between January 1, 2019, and April 23, 2025, you may be one of 154,000 or more customers eligible to submit a claim for $18 from a class action settlement.
GWD Concept Sp. z.o.o., the company behind Displate.com, has agreed to pay $2.77 million to settle a class action lawsuit. The lawsuit alleges that the company deceptively advertised discounts on its website, potentially violating consumer protection laws in Oregon, California, and Washington.
Who is eligible for a Displate settlement payout?
You are a class member if:
- You purchased one or more products at a discount or promotional rate from Displate.com.
- Your purchase was made while residing in Oregon, California, or Washington.
- The purchase(s) occurred between January 1, 2019, and April 23, 2025.
Who is excluded from this settlement?
- Consumers who purchased products from Displate.com at regular price (without a discount or promotional rate) are not included in the settlement class.
- Displate Club members who receive permanent discounts as part of their subscription do not qualify to submit a claim.
How much is the class action settlement payment?
Claimants can submit for one of the following benefits:
- Cash Payment: Class members can submit to receive an $18 cash payment.
- A claim form must be submitted to receive a cash payment.
- Displate.com Credit: Class members can submit to receive an $18 store credit which can be applied to any purchase made on Displate.com.
- A claim form is not required to receive a store credit.
- The credit does not expire and is transferable to others.
- Credits can be combined with other discounts or offers on Displate.com.
How to claim a class action rebate
To receive a cash payment benefit class members must submit a valid claim form by the July 22, 2025 deadline. You can file a claim online or print the PDF claim form to complete and mail to the settlement administrator.

Class members who do not submit a claim form will automatically receive the $18 store credit by email.

Class members submitting for a cash payment can select one of these payment options:
- Electronic payment (available for online submissions only)
- Check mailed to the address provided

The settlement funds will include:
- Payments or store credits issued to eligible class members: At least $2,770,000 in total value
- Settlement administration costs: Estimated at $62,403, paid separately by defendant
- Attorneys' fees and expenses: Up to $650,000, paid separately by defendant
- Service awards to class representatives: Up to $2,500 each, a total of $5,000, paid separately by defendant

When is the Displate.com class action settlement payout date?
Payments and credits will be distributed to eligible class members approximately 75 days after the court grants final approval of the settlement.
Why did this class action lawsuit and settlement happen?
The class action lawsuit was filed over allegations that GWD Concept Sp. z.o.o advertised false discounts on Displate.com. The plaintiffs claimed that the deceptive discounts violated consumer protection laws in California, Oregon, and Washington.
The defendant denies any wrongdoing, however agreed to a settlement in order to avoid further costly litigation and a possible trial.
