How much can class members get?
- Documented out-of-pocket losses: Up to $1,000
- Pro rata cash payment: Estimated at $50 but capped at $300. The actual amount depends on the number of valid claims and the amount remaining in the settlement fund after other expenses.
- Credit monitoring: Two years of credit monitoring and identity protection services from one credit bureau. Those who previously accepted complimentary credit monitoring from Crossroads can still claim this benefit.
How to claim a class action payment
Class members can file a claim online or download, print, complete and mail a PDF claim form (Page 47) to the settlement administrator. The deadline to submit a claim is Nov. 3, 2025.

Is proof or documentation required to submit a claim?
- To claim reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses, class members must provide documentation showing the expenses are related to the security incident, such as credit card statements, bank statements, invoices and receipts. Documents will not be returned. Class members can redact unrelated transactions and all but the first four and last four digits of any account number (if applicable).
- To file an online claim, class members need the unique ID and PIN printed on the postcard notice they received in the mail. Those who did not receive a postcard notice or misplaced it should contact the settlement administrator at 888-820-1005 for assistance.
