
Consumers who created an account on the Call-On-Doc website while in California on or after Nov. 7, 2023, or who registered as a Call-On-Doc user and booked one or more medical appointments in California on or after Nov. 7, 2021, may qualify to submit a claim for up to $20 from a class action settlement.
Call-On-Doc Inc. agreed to pay up to $1,800,000 to settle a class action lawsuit. The plaintiff claimed the company’s use of third-party tracking technologies, known as “tracking pixels,” on its website violated certain California privacy laws.
Who can file a claim for a tracking pixel settlement payout?
Class members must meet one or both of the following criteria:
- They created an account with Call-On-Doc while physically located in California at any time from Nov. 7, 2023, through the final judgement date of this settlement.
- They registered as a Call-On-Doc user and started to book an appointment for medical care in California regardless of whether they competed the appointment at any time from Nov. 7, 2021, through the final judgement date of this settlement.
How much are settlement payments?
Cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive a cash payment of up to $20. The final settlement administrator will determine the payment amount by the total number of valid claims filed.
How to claim a class action rebate
To receive a settlement payment, class members can file a claim online or print the PDF claim form to complete and mail or email to the settlement administrator.

When is the Call-On-Doc tracking pixel settlement payout date?
The settlement administrator will issue payments to eligible claimants approximately six months after the court grants final approval of the settlement.
