Understanding the Class Action Settlement

A class action settlement has been reached to resolve the claims without the need for a trial. This agreement benefits both the plaintiffs and the defendants by avoiding the uncertainties and expenses associated with continued litigation.

With the settlement, eligible class members can receive compensation, and the defendants can resolve the allegations without admitting any wrongdoing. The next step is the Final Approval Hearing, where the Court will decide whether to approve the settlement.
