Who Benefits?: Individuals in the United States who purchased items from Ashley Furniture at a discount.

How much can I get?: Eligible claimants may receive a voucher for $30  toward any purchase at or in any of Ashley’s corporate-owned stores

Understanding the Ashley Furniture Settlement

The proposed settlement arises from a class action lawsuit alleging that Ashley Furniture engaged in deceptive advertising practices. Specifically, the lawsuit claimed that Ashley Furniture advertised discounts from regular or original prices that were purportedly improper. While Ashley Furniture denies any wrongdoing, and the court has not made a decision on the merits of the case, a settlement has been reached to avoid the costs and risks associated with continued litigation.

The settlement agreement, if given final approval by the court, will result in eligible class members receiving a voucher, which may be applied for up to $30 and can be used for future purchases at Ashley Furniture. This voucher is intended to compensate class members for any potential overpayment resulting from the alleged deceptive advertising practices.
