Missouri Delta Medical Center patients who lived in Missouri and logged into its patient portal between Oct. 1, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2022, may be eligible to claim $20 from a class action settlement.
Missouri Delta Medical Center agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it used third-party tracking technologies, known as “tracking pixels,” on its websites in violation of state and federal privacy laws.
Who can file a claim?
Eligible class members must meet the following criteria:
- They are or were a patient of Missouri Delta Medical Center.
- They resided in Missouri.
- They logged into the MDMC patient portal between Oct. 1, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2022.
How much can eligible class members receive?
Eligible class members can claim a $20 cash payment and have the option to enroll in Privacy Shield Pro credit monitoring.
How to claim an settlement payment
To claim the cash payment, eligible members must submit the online claim form or download, print and mail the PDF claim form to the to the settlement administrator.

The claim deadline is Dec. 28, 2026.
Class members will receive a separate email with instructions to enroll in Privacy Shield.
Required Information
To file a claim, all class members must provide the class member ID from the settlement notice they received. Online claimants must also provide their last name. Mail-in claimants must also provide their settlement class member password from the settlement notice.

When is the Missouri Delta Medical Center settlement payout date?
