What Happened?

On May 7, 2025, West Florida Banking Corporation (Flagship Bank) discovered suspicious activity within its network. An investigation revealed that unauthorized access had occurred on April 15, 2025, as a result of a social engineering scheme. The company quickly secured its systems, notified federal law enforcement and began reviewing the affected data.

The breach was reported to state regulators on Feb. 13, 2026. Written notices were sent to affected individuals, including two Maine residents, three New Hampshire residents and six Rhode Island residents. In total, 3,996 people in the United States were impacted by this incident.

  • Financial account information

The company is offering twelve months of complimentary credit monitoring through TransUnion to those affected.
