The company distributes music to over 450 stores and platforms, offering artists and labels tools for publishing administration, royalty management, cover song licensing and analytics.
What Happened?
At the end of January 2026, Too Lost was contacted by an unauthorized third party claiming to have accessed certain information from the company’s environment. Too Lost launched an investigation with cybersecurity experts and notified law enforcement.
The investigation found that unauthorized access and data transfer occurred between July 25, 2025, and Sept. 2, 2025, via a Too Lost web application.
On Feb. 10, 2026, Too Lost determined that personal information of some individuals had been affected. Written notices were sent to impacted consumers on Feb. 20, 2026.

- Driver's licenses
- Addresses
- Email addresses
- Names
- Phone numbers
- Social Security numbers
The breach impacted at least 3,206 people in the United States, including residents in Maine and Massachusetts.
