The vendor notified Lumexa Imaging of suspicious activity on April 9, 2026, and the company disconnected its systems from the vendor’s network.
By April 15, 2026, Lumexa Imaging learned that an unauthorized person may have viewed or obtained copies of documents containing patient information.
