What happened?
On April 7, 2025, Integrated Orthopedics of Arizona discovered suspicious activity on its internal email network. An investigation revealed an unauthorized actor gained access and may have copied some emails.
A review was completed on June 19, 2025 and it was determined a major data breach occurred. Integrated Orthopedics of Arizona began notifying impacted patients on Aug. 11, 2025 and posted a Notice of Data Event on its website.
