What Happened?

On Dec. 16, 2025, IMA Diligence Services discovered that certain files on a legacy server managed by a third party were inaccessible.

The company launched an investigation with the help of cybersecurity specialists. It was determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to the server between Dec. 8, 2025, and Dec. 16, 2025, and acquired certain files.
