What Happened?

The investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor transferred files from the network on Dec. 26, 2025. After reviewing the files, Eurail B.V. determined on Feb. 25, 2026, that sensitive consumer information had been exposed.
The company notified affected consumers by mail on March 27, 2026. The breach impacted at least 308,777 people in the United States, including 242 residents in New Hampshire.
