The company’s main offerings include tools for appointment scheduling, billing, insurance eligibility verification, electronic medical records, and revenue cycle management.

What happened?

Between June 15 and June 19, 2025, CareTracker d/b/a Amazing Charts experienced a cybersecurity incident involving one of its third-party service providers. During the investigation, CareTracker determined that personal and health information may have been exposed. According to the notice, the breach was contained shortly after discovery.

The data breach was disclosed to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Aug. 18, 2025, and the California Attorney General’s office on Nov. 12, 2025. The company is notifying impacted individuals by mail.
