Gila Health Resources Data Breach Exposes SSNs

Gila Health Resources LLC, a private, independent healthcare services organization based in Morenci, Arizona, recently disclosed a data breach.

Gila Health Resources provides a broad range of outpatient medical services to patients in Arizona and New Mexico. These services include family medicine, urgent care, occupational medicine, physical therapy, laboratory and radiology.

The breach was reported to the Texas Attorney General and to the Vermont Attorney General starting Aug. 7, 2026.

At the time of this report, details about the data breach were not publicly available. However, the breach resulted in the exposure of Social Security numbers, dates of birth and medical information.

So far, 1,157 Texas residents were impacted.
