On December 28, 2023, WebTPA Employer Services, LLC, which provides administrative services to insurance companies including Gerber Life Insurance Company, detected suspicious activity on its network. It was determined that an unauthorized actor accessed and potentially obtained personal information from April 18 to April 23, 2023.
