Arkansas Urology Associates PA has experienced a data breach that may have compromised sensitive patient information. The organization detected suspicious activity within its email environment on April 29, 2025.
An investigation revealed that an unauthorized individual accessed certain information between March 25, 2025, and April 29, 2025.
After a review of the affected data, which concluded on June 9, 2025, Arkansas Urology determined that both personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) may have been exposed. Arkansas Urology published a Notice of Data Privacy Event on its own website on June 12, 2025.
Compromised information may include name, Social Security number, date of birth, dates of service, address, driver’s license number, prescription information, diagnosis, insurance information, and other medical information.
Arkansas Urology initiated an investigation and is notifying affected individuals by mail.
