In the wake of numerous flight cancellations due to COVID-19, a class action settlement has been reached with Turkish Airlines. Identifying Eligible Class Members

The Settlement Class includes all United States residents who purchased tickets for Turkish Airlines flights scheduled to operate to, from, or within the United States between March 1, 2020, and December 31, 2021. To be eligible, these flights must have been cancelled by Turkish Airlines, and the customer must not have cancelled the flight themselves, failed to show up for the first leg prior to a later leg's cancellation, received a voucher or rebooking, or received a full chargeback from their credit card provider.

Exclusions from the Settlement Class include persons who have opted out, governmental entities, counsel of record for the Parties, Turkish Airlines and its affiliates, employees, officers, and directors, the presiding judge and their families, and anyone who entered into a release with Turkish Airlines concerning the Released Claims prior to the Effective Date.
